I would just like to say thank you to the following individual, Ishaam Deen, thank you and you are awesome. Dont know how to describe the service you gave me last week. What i really like about you is the following, #1 You are patient. #2 You are attentive.#3 You have clear communication s****s. #4 You have knowledge of the product you were offering me. #5 You have the ability to use positive language.#6 You have a calming presence as if you were talking to me face to face and lastly #7You are focused....Now for me that is a good example of what EXCELLENT Customer Service is all about. i hope and pray that your colleagues learn from you coz i have a good feeling that you gonna go further in the near future.
