insurance policy

I would like to say thank you to Phiwe K who handled my query so well. My mother signed an insurance policy without fully understanding what it was about. When I called through the consultants could not really help nor assist as Precious kept on saying she can not answer on question I asked. I requested to be transferred to a Supervisor. Phiwe K assisted me promptly and efficiently on the 25/03/2015 and my query was resolved on the 26/03/2015 when I received a call. Thank you very much.
