Insurance *****

I took out a life insurance for my mom a few months back we had agreed on a specific premium. A a few days ago my mother got a call from one of the sales agents as a check in to see if she needed any adjustment on the policy. She said no when I checked my debit order for this month it had increased by R200. When we called we were told that the sales agent that she had spoken to noted that my mom wanted to increase the payout and obviously the premium would increase by R200 which was false. We spoke with them and they told us they would listen to the recording and would get back to us but so far we have not heard back from them. This is ***** and the agent that increased the premium took advantage of the fact that the were speaking to an elderly person and I want him to be dealt with and I want my money back or else I’m cancelling my insurance and go to Outsurance
