insane debit orders
Ffw has debited my account for 8 times in 1 month and they cannot explain to me why I only had according to them 2 covers, on enquiry they added 1 more but I have been asking for an explanation and they do not come back to me nor tell me if my query has anyone attending to it or any progress How can over R1400 be gone for cover for dents???? These people really make it easy to just leave your belongings to *******. I am so disillusioned by insurance covers that just keep giving birth to more cover without your approval! Thank you for making us aware of your concerns regarding the difficulties experienced.
A consultant has contacted you in order to address the matter.
As discussed, only two active policies were located on our system. You have opted to keep your life insurance policy active and the All Women policy has subsequently been cancelled. The amount for the cancelled policy will be refunded and should be available in your account by no later than the 24th August 2015. We have received the copy of your bank statement in order to cross reference the other deductions on our system, we will investigate and provide further feedback.
We would like to apologise for the inconvenience that was caused.
