I've been talking to a lady by the name of Lungile regarding the refund for the policy that my aunt didn't give consent too they said they will refund her today now they have change telling us they won't and on the 4th Feb they deducted the amount of R2300 that sassa co firmed that it was 1life that took my aunt whole pension money . They are telling us the will o ly refund R189 not the whole amount they took for the whole 11 moths .
