Infallible service

<p>I am writing this letter as a note of appreciation for the infallible service received from Chandre Judas working at 1life.Few days ago my dad John Paulse ,received text messages stating his policy is about to lapse.This to us and him was very distressing as we have been paying every month.We called 1life and liased with Chandre Judas who showed patience,tact and who listened with empathy.She took her time telephonically and went through my father's policy step by step and explained why the misunderstanding occurred and made suggestions as how to rectify the problem. Chandre was attentive and listened to all our concerns with great deal of patience.She delivered excellent customer service and she followed it up with an email and phone call assuring us that everything is in order and easing our mind.
