Incorrect policy amendments...premium Increase

I'm writing you this letter to officially ask that you cancel my life insurance cover,Policy insurance number, ***. I also ask that you reimburse the earlier money made and stop any deductions related to the premium. WE TRIED TO AMEND THIS POLICY TODAY, BUT THE AMENDMENTS ARE INACCURATE.
