Incorrect
I cancelled my Life insurance cover<br> They cancelled my funeral cover instead. <br> Called the customer contact number and spoke to K****tso ext 54253.<br> The funeral cover was reinstated within 2 days and my bank account debited.<br> I'm still waiting for the refund on the Life insurance that was deducted.<br> No phone call, nothing.<br> <br> It's all about cash flow and they hide behind Company and Audit policies.<br> <br> Wonder if something was to happen to me today if my poor wife will ever see the funeral cover's money.<br> <br> No confidence, no customer satisfaction,
