*********** consultants!

I called in a couple of moths ago to change my banking details and the consultant did not change the details for all my policies as instructed, he changed only for the funeral policy. I have money in my account and was wondering why the money is still there, only to fund out the details were not changed for the other 2 policies and after 4 years, my policies will lapse. I am really angry as I had called in to change my details but the consultant did not do a thorough job.
