I submitted a claim for a life cover in January 2022,they still haven't paid me to date which is 8 months later. All they ever tell me when I call is that they are still waiting for the Dr to get back to them and that they will call that Dr the following day. On top of that you have to leave a message as they always say the assessor is busy in a meeting. Never take a life cover with them they are ******** they want you to forget about it and so that they don't pay you.
