It's been almost two weeks since we sent claims to this company and yet we haven't received anything from them. We were told to send documents and we did just that however we are still doing run-arounds waiting for payouts. Last week on the 23rd of December 2020 we called and we got help from Nombuso Shabalala who is a consultant and she told us a different story, today we call again that Nombuso is on leave til next year and we got Pamela Shozi to help, she didn't even try to do anything but all she could say was she will escalate the matter to a manager; Precious Msibi who isn't available today... I mean how can consultants work without their managers or maybe supervisors. This clearly shows how *********** this company is. It is very useless. To bury the dead we had to gather up bits and pieces and we still don't have money as we speak. We had to rush the funeral because the deceased was found very late and already decaying. And the deceased didn't miss any payment when he was still alive. I mean why do we have to suffer. It's not like 1life is doing us a favour. It is money that was into their stupid company every single month but alright now they have the nerve to bull**** us. The issue is we cannot get the beneficiary as a family we don't even know that beneficiary. We paid for the funeral preparations hoping that our money will be refunded back. We cannot find the beneficiary but we were told to do other alternatives of which we did but still nothing. We don't even get reference numbers!!!!!!!! How possible is that?!
