Incompetence

<p>I think it has been 3 weeks or almost a month since I have been waiting for an email from lereko or mereko, my fear is that I need to be up and down after I get the necessary documents for submitting a claim as well she informed that that the documents must be submitted within 90 days of submitting a claim so where does that leave me if haven't received I've sent emails requesting the documents to date I haven't gotten any responses. How do I submit without any forms.</p> <p> </p>
