Impressed!

<p>I called in to 1Life call centre because I received an sms that my debit order deductions were changed. My call was directed to an agent who changed my entire mood! His energy & enthusiasm forces your mood/energy levels up. He knows & understands his job, knows what he is doing, predicts exactly what I need to ask but unsure of how to explain it, you can feel his smile & was very courteous. He resolved my enquiry, changed what I asked him to on my policy and offered solutions that I did not ask for but need. Friendly & energetic call compared to most of the calls I have had with any service centre I have interacted with. Thank you very much Bafana Malabie & keep up the great work!</p>
