Impersonal call center agent

I spoke to a boy by the name Simphiwe. Geez this boy was impersonal and in such a hurry to get to the next call. The minute he realized that he isn't getting a sale from me today he immediately hung up the call. No goodbye or thank you. He didnt even begin the call with an introduction. That came as an after thought because he just wants to make a sale. He doesnt listen to what the client is saying at all. Just wants to make a sale. He should work for a car dealership, he shouldnt be working with such senstive products. I'm utterly disgusted! So much so I won't be revisiting the life cover i wanted take take out with this establishment.
