I would like to write a review about 1Life Insurance "Great service from Desmond Ngwenya" for handling my claim. He was incredibly diligent, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to resolve my claim. Employees of this calibre are rare, and their hard work deserves recognition. BLOOP, only one department within 1LIFE that delayed payout until the following week after funeral talking about validation of my claim, the put it vaguely with no clarity as to what document(s) do they suspect only to find out they will call relatives to confirm my relationship with the deceased. I incurred costs because there was no payout received that time. NO VALIDATION IS DONE WHEN TAKING POLICY BUT WHEN DUE FOR PAYOUT.
