I didn't have to wait unreasonable long before my call was answered by a friendly and patient sales rep by the name Athi.... I have been with 1life for almost 10 years now and thier service is exceptional and the monthly rates are reasonable compared to some other companies. Thank you 1life. Yours Phanuel
