I would like to lay a complaint with 1life funeral insurance

I would like to lay a complaint with 1life funeral insurance. I claimed for my brother who died in July. They paid out the funeral policy for him. But now they are still deducting funeral cover of the deceased. I sent them email for them to stop and reimburse me. But to no avail. Kindly help me out.
