I was misled to take life cover while I had a funeral cover with 1life

I was misled to take life cover while I had a funeral cover with 1life.i insisted to take the life cover as I couldn't afford to commit to new debit orders due to financial constraints. The agent from 1 life convinced me that the life cover will only add +-R200 into my existing funeral cover and my beneficiaries will be covered in my life cover without any waiting period so I will be only paying r787 from the r570 that I was paying. To my surprise the r570 waa still deducted from my account since March.I did on the 15th call 1 life and asked for the recording and I have been waiting since then
