I was helped by Precious Dlamini today

I was helped by Precious Dlamini today. She did what wad needed to be done. And very ethical,accurate yet patient at the same time. She went an extra mile to make me understand about other departments that can help me more in one life. That was exxtra effort usually some just say ask that department and not try to pre inform you of what to expect. Pass my gratitude to her please.
