I was contacted by one of their agents with regards to life insurance

I was contacted by one of their agents with regards to life insurance. I was not interested in getting any but yet the agent took my bank details and deducted money from my account. I then contacted them telling them that I did not want this and then Corné van Zyl helped me cancel the account as well as get my money back into my account.
