I want my refund within 24 hours
I opened the 1 life life insurance around march 2024 for 1 million rand but l never received any documents from them but they debited my account so l called them to cancel my policy because l don't have documents no policy number and I requested them to refund me my money back because no document when agent from cancellation said your email address is incorrect that's why.
I told them that I made quote from sanlam and it's less than them ......so 1 life l want my money back because you debuting my account with no document's.

Yes lm not disputing but no document was sent to me so that I can go through them but money it's been taken out of my account it show's that you don't care about people the only thing you care about it's our Renumeration that's it.
