I app**** for a life insurance with 1Life and I took some tests. Because of my weight and hypertension they decided to change the policy to an Accident Policy. I didn't agree to that so I decided to cancel my cover with 1Life and requested for refund of my premium. Its been 2 weeks now and no one has bothered to notify me about the status of my refund. Each time I email them I get an automated message that one of their consultants will contact me but to date no one has contacted me. My policy number is ***
