I want my money back
I took a life cover with 1life insurance, only last wednesday when i wanted to change my cover the consultant i spoke to adviced me its an accidental cover, i told her its not accidental its a life cover the one that i took and never agreed to an accidental cover, i requested for a calling recording also my refund my money back as i have never signed for accidental cover i was told i will get last week on the 20th september 2024,till today i have not received anything and today. Today i called again i spoke to a consultant by the name of Sipho he promised i will get a call recording today still nothing i want my money back and afterwards they should cancel this nonsense 1life sort this nonsense out, i want my money back and still waiting for a call recording,you guys are a **** and you are used ****ing people, dishonest company and i wont advice anyone to sign up with you guys.
1life is a **** i want my money back , i was contacted by the name of Skhumbuzo Makhaya instant of refunding and providing with the call recording he told me he still going to investigate, while i am waiting for that he cancelled the policy without even telling me i only found out when i called asked to speak to Sipho Makhanya that promised to send me a call recording since Monday and i was told he not working for the company when i told them i am going to hello peter i was then told Sipho is and that the policy has been cancelled by Skhumbuzo Makhaya without me knowing and without him refunding my money or provide with a call recording, 1life is a **** can i have money back, i want my money back
