I took out a funeral cover and wow to my suprise what a pathetic experience

I took out a policy with 1life for my uncle and the day he passed on i sent my claim through wow pathetic pathetic experience 1life will make you feel like you planning your own funeral...i was firstly given in correct information regarding my policy while submiting the claim these agents really sing different songs at 1life i finally got through to a agent by the name of shanice she helped me with proper information she and her manager daver in claims department assured me everything is in order regarding my policy i was advised not to worry so now the stress levels drop just a little two days before the funeral i pitched up at their offices they assured me again everything is 100% this comes from danver the manager ,sanet as well as george they even said haaai tomorrow you can proceed with the funeral......Waaaaaala today they called me and said there are too many voices of my uncle they believe it's not my uncle that spoke to them and they declined my claim...worst experience ever i would like assistance regarding this as i even have the agents name who sold us the policy in the place .I wouldnt advice anyone to take out any policy with them.
