I need my money because they have blocked me to make a dispute on my account.

On the 12/10/2024, 1Life called me saying they want to quote me and see if I qualify for a policy with them.They asked me questions of which I answered all .I told them I don't want it cos it's so expensive. To my surprise no the 1st March 2025 the deducted R1 552.42 from my account and after that they block it.When I tell them I want my money they refuse.
