I m sharing the expirience

My father past away in 2018 Oct and his brother past away in 2019 apparently my fathers brother had a funeral policy and the beneficiary was my father when I claim 1Life wanted letter of authority and a Estate account and I did send them and now They say they wont pay because it have been a year my father past away. It is not the first time when my fathers brother past away in 2019 I have a claim and have to wait for a month for them to pay then I had to go and borrow money for the funeral
