I have a bad experience with 1life insurance as their customer of 16 years

I have a bad experience with 1life insurance as their customer of 16 years. I feel to never recommend it for anyone for their unfair treatment to me as a client, I do not feel safe anymore with especially for my beneficiaries. I added a family member on the 9th of January 2023 on my policy, whom I've lost recently, having paid 7 premiums, I'm told the claim has been declined due to member not being 6 months covered, which I'm in disagreement with.
