I had a terrible experience since Friday the 9th until today the 14th, I was assisted by a very polite and professional individual by the name of Wandile, his from customer service and he was eager to assist me and get my issue resolved, he made me reconsider canceling my policies because the terrible service I had been receiving made me question 1life and the people working for them and it's not impressive at all.
