I get paid on the 20th of every month - not a day sooner. That's when you should deduct your monies.

<p>good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I received an sms stating that funds will be deducted on the 19th of September because of a holiday or what not. </p> <p>I get paid on the 20th of every month - not a day sooner/later.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly deduct money from my account on the date that we agreed upon.</p> <p>If you people deduct money on any date we never agreed upon, I will cancel that debit order and do a monthly EFT since you can't do the most basic thing - which is to deduct money on the appointed date.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you (NOT!)</p>
