I feel screamed

I am not happy at all with 1life policy, since am not working anymore and asked them to cancel my policy bangavuma bathi isivuthiwe kodwa into abazoyenza ngeke besayithatha imali since am only getting the grant money but this month bayithathe yonke imali yengane and when I called them bathi I must go to my bank and ask them to bring the money back since bona if benza refund it's takes 5/7 working days okay fine, Friday last week I went to bank trying by all means to do this early before their can say it's too late for a refund(1life) but the bank couldn't help me with reversing the money. Today when I called them now their are telling me that I can't get my money back 😡 it's hasn't even been a week, I lost the money at school for the trip my daughter was supposed to go the last weekend am cause I couldn't pay the rest of the money all cause of life, iyingubo zemakhaze ebengizi laybuyile for ingane yami zizodliwa this month all cause 1life doesn't want to give me back my money.
