I cant Cancel Policy

Am trying to Cancel my policy on 1life, i have send emails they dont respond to my emails instead they respond with promotion for their products, i even tried call in the consultant that i spoke too doesnt listen to what am saying its all about him wanting to negotiate with me i mean this my money why should i have any hussles if i want to cancel the policy, 1life service is very bad.
