I am writing this on behalf of my mum who suffers with cognitive impairment and other medical conditions. She needed information regarding her debit and spoke to Wandile Mazaka. We live in a world where everyone is always in a hurry to get things done and no one cares or has empathy for others. Wandile was amazing. He was patient and didn't rush my mum. He allowed her to take her time as she answered his security questions. He explained the debit process to her slowly and throughly ensuring she understood everything.
