I am writing on behalf of my mother who is a pensioner and 1LIFE agent spoke to her about their policy and my mother did complete the form and there was no section for signature but she filled in ID number and the agent said before they can deduct the premium she must go and discuss it with her family and we her advised not to agree to anything as the 1Life agent said he will be back and they will take it from there. Then he never came back and he captured my mother 's information and the premium was deducted directly from sassa of which we don't know how possible was that now I am writing this letter as we demand a refund
