I am very disappointed ☹️

I am so very disappointed with 1life, I have had my cover for over a decade now and I have never experienced such bad service. I have been calling them, sent the consultants email and that they will reply within 24 hours and I'm still waiting. I had a query regarding my policy and I asked the lady to call me back and she said no problem she will call me back and I am still waiting. Thato called yesterday and said he will get someone to follow up my query and that did not happen. My question is do new customers count and you don't care about the customers who have been loyal for so many years. Mpho Molefe Used to handle my complaints so efficiently, not sure if he is around. I am very disappointed ☹️ with your services. Please treat us equally this is really not on.
