Humiliated

I’m really not please with your service at all. I signed up a life policy with your company back in 2018 July, for R 4 million. For the past months I have been trying to get an increament on my cover to R7 million rand and have R3million ceaded to my new house, but yesterday I was told I cannot be assisted cause when I was 9 years old in 1994, I had a tap worm infection which was treated by a paedetrician in the same year without surgery or anything hectic as it was a tapeworm, now that is used against me. I felt humiliated by the consultants telling me to go find the doctor who dealt with my situation then and get records. I really didn't like how i was treated and threatened Of how My loved ones would not be paid when i pass on. You just lost my trust as a client. So now I must wake my late father so he can go and get every record of each time I wad ill as a child? Right now with a very deeply saddened heart, I want nothing to do with your company.
