I was told I was going to be billed R237.86 on the 2nd of May 2015 but the amount on the policy documents clearly states R387.86 as ones off regardless of what the above consultant mentioned of the R150.00

As per the discussion you had, the request to remove the admin fee of R150.00 was referred to management for consideration.
The premium that would have been deducted the 2nd of May 2015 was R237.86 and not R387.86 as you had discussed with the sales consultant.
We have now cancelled your life insurance policy as per your request, and premiums will no longer be deducted from your account.
