Horrific claim process

Never take out a life policy with 1Life you will regret it. Their claim process is horrific its almost a year after my husband's death and I'm still waiting for them to finalise a claim

If you have kids go to a reputable insurance company as you don't want your loved ones to be frustrated. They enjoy collecting a premium every month however when your loved one is no more they frustrate you with their claim prosess instead of ensuring your loved ones are taken care of. Their call center staff assessor and resolution department staff never return calls. You will call complain they just not bothered
