Horrible cancelations

Their cancelations department is the worst. They need to put measures in place for more effective handling.

After my initial hello Peter review on 20 December, I was assisted by a lovely lady and was sure that everything is sorted but still, another debit order went through.

This time, I want my money back!

Frustrated is an understatement.
