Horrible cancelation service

They are refusing to release me from their insurance ceded to my home loan while I have moved to a new service provider. For 3 months they debit my account. I have escalated the matter to absa bank who also refuse to assist me. It's unbelievable. My only solution is to open a new account to set myself free.
