I was interested and asked to be signed up, I was told ill be charged R245 monthly but first Debit order will include the signing, administration and whatsoever. I was happy with that in May 2017. Today 09 November I call to rectify a members age, Before the gentleman helped me, he informed me that I had an Outstanding Balance of One Premium(I'm on Debit Order just so you know). So the gentleman informed me that should I claim, a payout wont be made unless I make that payment, 1life not only I wasn't informed about the outstanding balance but you the one that pull the debit order right?

Right now financially, I'm between a rock and a hard place. I cant afford that double payment so that mean I wont be getting paid should should should should should
