Help me to get my refund from 1 life

Hi Hello Peter...Please help me I made a mistake and transfer some funds(R5.500) from my Capitec Bank Acc to 1 life while I was busy transfer the funds to my Uncle's Account and it reflected to His account.This happened on the 5th of December 2024 then I rushed to Capitec Bank Branch to ask where did the money transfered to as it not reflecting to my Uncle and the lady who assisted me told me that the money is being mistakenly transfered to 1 life Personal loan account of which I Don't have any account to 1 life and never made any personal loan with 1 life.and the lady said maybe I mistakenly pressed it on My app while I was transfering..Now 1 life is not helping me at all although I've sent all the proof to them and it seems like the Don't want to refund me.Please Help me
