Heartless 1life

I previously did write a review about the life insurance of my late father of my kids, they called me quickly after my review with hello Peter but yet they send me a letter of declining to pay out life insurance, reason the person did not do a HIV test on or before the 1March2022 but the person past away on the 21February2022, which means to me that the person is suppose to be covered till the 1march2022 but past away before the last day given to do the test, this life insurance was opened 2010, was not behind in payments so how can they just say it can't pay out because it has become a accidental cover because the late person did not do the test before or on the 1march 2022 and he past before the the cut off date, how can someone pay you every month on time and when you need to pay out you give reasons like that, this company is unfair and don't care about the children left behind with no income, the reason why we as parents take out these things is to provide for our children when we can't anymore, they never even called me to explain only when I called they send me the letter stating this outcome, they only called after my previous review on hello Peter, I have a son first year university and a 14yrs old daughter my salary is not enough for the university even 1life is cruel and heartless they don't even consider some kind of pay out, I do believe it's wrong because the person passed before the cut off date, worse service ever.
