Headstone Benefit - absolute nightmare

1 Life offers a R5000.00 Headstone benefit (after 12months) after a valid claim. My mother passed away and the funeral was 15 March 2018. 15 May 2019 I send an email to *** for this benefit. The order was place on 17 May 2019.

28 June i send a follow up as I received no feedback 01 July i received a mail asking for the permit??? WHAT PERMIT I did not know about any of this

12 July 2019 the permit was send to ***

29 July i send a follow up mail because we dont get replies.

8 August another follow up mail was send and eventually they rep**** informing us that manufacturing takes 2-3 weeks

Today 12 September 2019 - another 5 weeks have passed ... no feedback

Its been 4 months since my initial contact with 1Life and Metgran. It's been an absolute nightmare from the start.
