Harassment and not poppy act-compliant

I've been called in the last 3 days 12 times , 8 of which I've asked to be removed from the list as its total harassment and according to the poppy act it's my right to ask to be removed yesterday after the fourth call I've spoke to a manager Brenda to be removed from the list and she apologized and said I will be removed this morning 10 to 8 I was called again for one life cover and when I asked the agent to put me through to a manager she put the phone down in my ear one life cover does not comply with the poppy act and further action will now be taken as all your calls are recorded further action will now be taken
