Guerilla telesales, refusal to communicate in a language you can understand and total waste of time

Telesales calling me 3 times within 30mins. Against POPIA and then consultant refuses to speak to me in English (Which is all I speak nothing to do with Race, creed or the like). I Greet and the consultant proceeds to communicate in Zulu. That will not help me buy the product as I don't undersand. The manner in which it was done is actually rude beyond measure. Guerilla telesales and then converse in another language and waste a persons time. Firstly I would be the client in this situation so for me to understand the product the consultant would need to speak to me in the language I addressed caller in. So they wasted their time but more importantly mine.
