Great Wayne Powell

<p>I called in on the 21/09/2016 normally call centres take forever to take calls due to the high call volume but today it was different in less that a minute my call was attended too and Wayne Powell assisted without any issues regarding my problem i asked him that i need to reduce my premium die to affordability issues and will increase the premius at a later stage he did as i asked and still made me feel important even though i was reducing my premium</p> <p>This is what i call great service in less that 10 minutes i was done thank you Wayne</p>
