Great services

<p>I needed assistence on my premiums and updating a few information on my life policy and funeral policy.</p> <p>However I was transfered to Zanele Nyembe who was willing and very patient with me , she explained</p> <p>every single detail and she was understanding it felt like I was speaking to my mother and not a stranger.</p> <p>Her services was what of this world I was amazed I was on hold like for 2 minutes usually I get frustrated when I'm being put on hold for a long time but Zanele Nyembe got back to me in a blink of eye .When I asked her to update my debit dates and a few questions you tell that she has product knowledge and she know what is doing ,she was utter friendly and just after a second everything was sorted . I feel so relief that everything is sorted out I actually didn't wanted to end call .But thank you so much Zanele Nyembe for great services keep up the good work .......</p> <p> </p>
