Great service recieved from Simphiwe Mthimkhulu
Was very pleasant calling in and receiving amazing service from Simphiwe Mthimkhulu. He was patient with me and very calm, also made sure that I understood everything before continuing to the next question/statement. Hope that the next time I call, I am able to speak to him because one does not get good service anymore especially from call centre agents. Appreciate it Simphiwe Mthimkhulu
