*** - 1 Policy no which I requested assistance on.

I am a Financial Advisor and I contacted 1Life Client Services department today to follow up on a few of my clients to confirm if there HIV tests were done.

I spoke to a client services agent named Bafana Nalabie. I was assisted in such a professional and friendly manner. He answered all my questions, he was quick and efficient with each of my enquiries. He was so helpful and friendly, that it was actually a pleasure calling client services department today. I ended the call overwhelmed and satisfied with the service I received from Bafana today.
