great service received
i called into first for women/ 1life to get clarity my cover. Kavi Singarum was very helpful. he had a good attitude, was very patient with me making sure I understood everything. when I decided to vary my cover, he took me through it patiently, explaining it in a way that I understood, even telling me I was welcome to email him if there was anything I needed help with. impressive service :)
